Gallery manager/Project manager

Boyd.ae is an international contemporary art gallery with primary operations in the UAE and expanding projects globally. We specialize in contemporary art, developing e-commerce platforms for international art sales, and work with collectors, interior designers, and art enthusiasts worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Gallery & Project Manager for remote management of all gallery operations and coordination of international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage artwork catalog and gallery collection
• Coordinate with international artists and maintain artist relationships
• Organize virtual and physical exhibitions in the UAE
• Maintain inventory control and artwork availability tracking
• Create artwork descriptions and artist profiles in English
• Curate collections for different international markets

Project Management:

• Coordinate teams and freelancers across different time zones
• Manage project deadlines with international considerations
• Coordinate operations between offices in different countries
• Implement project management best practices for art industry
• Work with international payment systems and gateways
• Coordinate international shipping and art logistics
• Handle relationships with collectors from UAE, Europe, USA, and other regions
• Manage online catalog and inventory systems

Global Coordination:

• Communicate with international suppliers and partners
• Work with international shipping and courier services
• Coordinate with customs brokers and art handlers
• Liaise with international art consultants and advisors
• Manage relationships with global art fair organizers

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1/C2 level) - MANDATORY
• Ability to work across different time zones
• Experience with international e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of international logistics and shipping
• Experience with global payment systems (Stripe, etc.) Mandatory experience with Strapi CMS.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website management
