About us: Our product is a card-issuing and payout platform that helps creators and digital platforms issue branded debit cards, onboard users compliantly, and manage payouts through secure APIs, mobile apps, and a merchant dashboard.

We’re building infrastructure for the new creator economy — a modern, non-custodial payment system that bridges traditional finance and crypto rails for the EU market.

If you enjoy taking complex fintech products from 0→1 and shaping how people get paid globally, this is your kind of challenge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core areas: onboarding, payouts and card-issuing.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap — and make it happen with design and engineering.
• Turn messy business logic (compliance, KYC, risk, payments) into intuitive product flows.
• Work closely with backend, mobile, and ops teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track success metrics (activation, retention, transaction volume) and iterate quickly.
