System analyst

Onside is building the first alternative iOS app marketplace in the EU — a platform where developers can publish, distribute, and monetize their apps outside the App Store. Also we are creating a payment platform for creators and businesses — a hybrid between a crypto wallet, a neobank, and a payout system. It’s part of the onside.io ecosystem: our marketplace lets users publish iOS apps freely, and our platform handles the money movement behind it — payouts, card issuing, and EU-compliant payment rails built on modern infrastructure.

Now we are looking for an experienced System analyst to join our team! We need a person, who can sit between product, business, and engineering — translating complex payment logic into clear technical documentation and reliable product flows. You’ll help design and document the systems behind onboarding, KYC/AML, card issuing, and payouts — and make sure everything works seamlessly end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications, API contracts, and technical documentation.
• Map end-to-end payment, onboarding, and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Compliance teams to refine features before development.
• Prepare use cases, sequence diagrams, data models, and integration requirements.
• Ensure consistency and traceability between business logic and technical implementation.
• Participate in testing and acceptance to validate delivered functionality.
