Promote a strong safety culture by explaining the importance of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations to employees and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures;
Develop, implement, and regularly update the company’s internal HSE policies, guidelines, and documentation;
Deliver OHS induction training to new employees and ensure proper documentation and sign-off in training records;
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive and corrective measures to avoid recurrence;
Monitor the operation and maintenance of automatic fire protection and alarm systems, ensuring their full functionality;
Oversee and coordinate sanitation and disinfection processes across company premises;
Prepare and submit regular HSE performance reports to management, ensuring all safety metrics are accurately tracked and analyzed;
Ensure adherence to labor legislation, workplace discipline, and company internal regulations;
Execute other HSE-related duties as assigned by management.
