Direct Procurement Specialist (maternity leave)

Responsibilities:

• Organize the full procurement cycle of equipment, goods, and services, mainly outside of the country - both for project delivery and internal needs - in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing local items, spare parts - from volume planning to delivery to the warehouse by suppliers.
• Collect purchase requests from departments, consolidate needs, and conduct tenders on electronic trading platforms.
• Monitor the market and identify new potential suppliers; perform supplier evaluation and reliability checks.
• Conduct negotiations, obtain quotations, agree on terms and conditions, and coordinate contract signing.
• Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with current suppliers.
• Place purchase orders, control delivery terms, payments, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain registries of contracts, specifications, invoices, and local stock positions.
• Organize procurement documentation flow (both electronic and paper-based).
• Prepare procurement plans, forecasts, and analytical reports upon request of the supervisor.
• Verify export control classification of purchased goods in coordination with the company’s export control team.

Requirements:

• Higher education in technical/economical area,
• English – not lower than upper intermediate, B2
• Experience in direct procurement not less than 2 years.
• Experience in procurement of medical equipment and healthcare products is an advantage.
• Result-oriented and reliable person.
