- Administrative support of the legal department (work in the SAP electronic system, SBIS, document archiving, correspondence management, preparation of powers of attorney, approval of local orders, preparation of publications on legislative updates for the corporate Kia portal) - about 50% of the working time
- Execution of lawyers' orders: assistance in solving current issues and projects, organization of working meetings, organization of business trips;
- If necessary, translation of legal documents and business correspondence (from English to Russian and from Russian to English);
- Preparation of corporate documents, powers of attorney;
- Claim & court work.
