In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of KPMG companies by ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks. From drafting and reviewing contracts to advising on regulatory matters, you’ll help safeguard the firm’s interests and contribute to its continued success.

• Review, prepare, and update contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
• Negotiate agreements with clients and suppliers;
• Provide legal advice on various issues related to the company’s activities;
• Interact with state authorities and professional organizations;
• Ensure that documents comply with applicable legislation;
• Handle claims and litigation matters;
• Monitor and analyze legislation, draft opinions on complex legal issues, and assess proposed legal changes;
• Work with various legal and regulatory databases.
