• Drive full-cycle recruitment activities across assigned business areas, from requisition to offer.
• Build strong consultative partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Leverage sourcing strategies, market insights, and assessment tools to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
• Champion a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout all touchpoints.
• Support firmwide diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives through intentional hiring practices.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to regular reporting and analytics.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm at relevant events and within the talent market.
