Senior IT Architect

Looking to take the lead in shaping IT strategies and digital transformation across a variety of industries? We’re seeking a Senior IT Architect to join our core Technology team in Baku, working on long-term strategic projects with high-impact clients.

• Lead consulting projects on the development of Digital/IT strategy, IT architecture, and target operating models for clients across various industries.
• Design target ERP system architecture and functional requirements, assess client readiness, and analyze business processes using TOGAF, BPMN, UML, and other frameworks.
• Conduct technology selection, cost-benefit analysis, and propose optimal IT solutions aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate IT governance and service delivery models (TOM), leveraging standards like COBIT and ITIL, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee junior team members: assign tasks, monitor progress, coach, and synthesize team output into clear, actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing materials, including reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Participate in business development by contributing to proposals, methodologies, and client communications.
