• Interaction with the Customer regarding the provision of IT architecture services in the assigned area.
• Performing tasks to develop IT architecture services in the assigned area.
• Resource planning for IT architecture services within the relevant domain.
• Collaboration with IT integrator’s structural units to provide IT architecture services in the assigned area.
• Quality control of work performed in the domain of IT architecture services.
• Development and maintenance of target IT architecture and product strategies in the assigned area.
• Management of the current IT architecture within the assigned domain.
• Monitoring of IT project implementation for alignment with the roadmap and target IT architecture.
• Architectural support and oversight for the implementation of digital scenarios.

• Architectural support for IT project implementation (acting as an IT project architect or domain architect according to customer requirements), including:

  • Defining architectural requirements and monitoring their implementation;
  • Providing expertise/approval of project documents and making key architectural decisions during project phases;
  • Acting as a single point of accountability to the Customer for the product’s compliance with FTT;
  • Controlling the completeness and correctness of deliverables acceptance;
  • Identifying architectural risks and proposing mitigation measures.
