We team up with our clients to focus on their key success factors, identify the cost drivers for the company and aim to bring significant cost savings from implementing more efficient operating models.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical market research and contribute to strategy/business plan development
• Conduct financial and economic analysis on sectors/companies/investment projects
• Undertake benchmarking of sectors and companies
• Build economic and financial projections based on key assumptions, scenarios and sensitivity analysis
• Preparation of presentations for projects and business proposals
• Preparation of analytical reports
