Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant in Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) to join our team in Baku. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across internal audit, risk and control frameworks, and governance advisory while contributing to meaningful client work and internal initiatives.

You will be part of our GRCS team - a collaborative international and fast-paced group dedicated to helping clients strengthen their governance and control environments.

As our Senior Consultant in GRCS team you will:

•       Assist in delivering complex engagements, taking charge of specific workstreams and ensuring alignment with scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

•       Lead or support data analysis, storyboarding, client interviews, and problem-solving to develop insights and recommendations.

•       Contribute to enhancing client practices by helping to optimize internal policies and reporting frameworks.

•       Manage, inspire, and guide team members, contributing to capacity building efforts.

•       Structure case problem-solving, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance.

•       Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.

•       Contribute to the firm's growth by supporting the development of new service offerings, enhancing internal processes, and participating in marketing and recruitment initiatives.

•       Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on project tasks and professional development.
