Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director, Digital Foundation

As a key leader in KPMG Technology Practice, your responsibilities will include:

• Service Offering Development: Spearheading the strategic development and expansion of our Digital Foundation service offerings, ensuring they are at the cutting edge of Cloud, Data, and AI technologies. You'll drive the conceptualization and delivery of innovative solutions that address client needs and market trends.
• Team Leadership & Management: Building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams of consultants, analysts, and developers. You will foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Strategic Autonomy: Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will be empowered to independently set ambitious goals, define strategic priorities, and drive tasks to completion, demonstrating strong self-direction and initiative.
• Relationship Building & Collaboration: Cultivating robust relationships with internal consulting streams (including CIO Advisory, Cyber Security, Financial/Operational Transformation, Risk Consulting, and Deals), global Centres of Excellence, and strategic alliance partners. A significant portion of your time will also be dedicated to nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Market Visibility & Brand Building: Actively enhancing your personal brand and the team's visibility within the Caucasus and Central Asia market, participating in industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and client engagements that showcase our capabilities.
• Coaching & Knowledge Sharing: Serving as a subject matter expert and mentor, providing invaluable coaching and facilitating knowledge transfer in critical areas such as software factories, advanced data platforms, cloud technologies (MS Azure, AWS, GCP, other specific platforms), and DevOps methodologies.
• Client Solutioning & Advisory: Providing expert insights and guidance on a broad spectrum of market-available technologies and architectures, including leading platforms from Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and many others, tailoring solutions to specific client contexts.
• Sector Focus: Engaging primarily with clients across key sectors including Finance, Infrastructure & Government, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, as well as Transportation & Logistics, and Metals & Mining.
