Develop and implement internal culture and communication initiatives tailored to KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia offices, supporting local teams and leadership engagement
Adapt global corporate programs to regional contexts, ensuring alignment with global standards and values
Manage regular internal communications channels including intranet, news digests, and Viva Engage, and organize strategic events such as town halls and staff conferences
Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to assess the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements
Support the development of corporate values and traditions through onboarding sessions, community events, and internal clubs (e.g. sports, reading, language)
Coordinate the Global Engagement Survey and pulse surveys: manage communication, collect and analyze results, present findings, and track the implementation of engagement initiatives
