FP&A Specialist

KPMG is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive FP&A Junior Specialist to join our team in Almaty. You will be responsible for posting journal entries, managing monthly financial reporting, and preparing IFRS financial statements. This role offers you the opportunity to work with a global team, supporting financial analysis and decision-making while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.

• Post journal entries, reconcile balances and turnover.
• Manage monthly financial reporting by transforming and reconciling data between statutory and management accounting systems, and tracking IFRS adjustments.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Gather and prepare data for monthly global statistical reports.
• Analyze financial statements and perform assessments to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals.
