Finance Transformation Senior Consultant / Manager (Oil & Gas)

Our experts from the Digital CFO group are looking for experienced professionals to help Oil & Gas companies transform and enhance the efficiency of their corporate functions in the following key areas:

• Operating model transformation

• Establishment from scratch and development of existing processes in terms of:

- Budgeting, planning and forecasting

- Management reporting

- Investment planning and control

- Treasury management

- Debt management

- Corporate finance

- Procurement and supply chain

• Development of methodological and regulatory documents (policies, regulations, methodologies, instructions etc.)

• Support of the business-side during the automation processes (business requirements collections, functional requirements development etc.)

• Leading project tasks, which may include:

- Conducting diagnostic assessments of current Oil & Gas business processes

- Based on the understanding of “AS IS” processes, proposing optimization and reengineering initiatives; defining “TO BE” processes, including the development of a detailed roadmap

- Developing methodological and regulatory documents in the DCFO key areas

- Preparing documentation required for successful automation of Oil & Gas business processes (business requirements, functional requirements, etc.)

- Designing Excel-based tools for use by client’s specialists (financial models, budgeting models, consolidation models, portfolio optimizers, liquidity planners, debt planners, LOF models etc.)

• Leading business development activities, which may include:

- Conducting research, surveys, and industry studies

- Preparing materials for proposals, contracts, and related client documents

- Organizing business-led events (business breakfasts, presentations, workshops, etc.)

• Leading tasks related to internal risk procedures.

• Project management within allocated limits: Collaborate with team members to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
