Supervising audit and review audits of clients' financial (accounting) statements. Supervising other projects related to the provision of audit-related services and consulting projects.
Assignment of tasks among assistants during audit and review audits.
Organization of storage and access to relevant files by other members of the audit team.
Monitoring the timely completion of all sections of the audit file and working papers by members of the audit team.
Checking the compliance of the audit file content with internal and other standards.
Verification of the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client.
Preparation of a draft budget, identification of the difference between the actual time spent on verification and the time provided for in the budget; tracking budget overruns.
Building effective communication with the client's management. Holding meetings on administrative and technical issues (verification status).
Evaluation of the work of assistants at the end of the project.
