Retention Manager

We’re seeking a Retention Manager for a part-time, project-based role.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in retention marketing and at least 1+ year working specifically with mobile apps (industry doesn’t matter)

Hands-on experience with OneSignal, Firebase, or custom notification systems

Strong understanding of metrics, segmentation, events, and A/B testing

Responsibilities:

Minimum goal: set up user segments and push notification logic for each (frequency, event-based triggers) to increase user engagement and retention in our mobile apps.

Maximum goal: develop a comprehensive retention strategy and an actionable implementation plan.
