It’s part of the onside.io ecosystem: our marketplace lets users publish iOS apps freely, and this payment platform handles the money movement behind it — payouts, card issuing, and EU-compliant payment rails built on modern infrastructure.

Now we are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our team! If you’re into clean architecture, fintech logic, and solving hard backend problems that actually move money — this is your playground.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build APIs and backend services in Ruby on Rails, powering payments infrastructure.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, database schemas, background workers, and integrations with external services.
• Work on non-custodial wallet logic, payouts, card issuing, and other fintech components.
• Keep our systems secure, observable, and performant under real load.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Frontend, and Product teams to bring new features from design to production.

Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Web3, Docker, Sentry.
