Ensure the daily and periodic processing and reconciliation of clearing files within the Mastercard system.
Execute and monitor chargeback and representment operations in accordance with Mastercard and BKM rules.
Review, investigate, and process Mastercard invoices and ensure accurate settlements.
Verify the accuracy of transaction data transmitted via BKM, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely correction.
Communicate with Mastercard Customer Support and/or processing partners in case of data inconsistencies or operational issues.
Prepare relevant operational and analytical reports and present them to management.
Stay updated on the latest Mastercard regulations and ensure their proper implementation in internal processes.
