Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the performance of the local operational team.
• Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs).
• Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.
• Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs.

Requirements

• Legal residence in Brazil (Brazilian passport or valid residence permit).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory)
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.

Schedule

Full-time — flexibility required (24/7 operations environment 😉).

Compensation and benefits to be discussed based on experience.
