Account & Customer Success Manager (B2B customers)

Hey! I'm Sergei, co-founder and CPO at crmchat.ai. We are building an all-in-one business suite for Telegram: lead research, outreach sequences, and CRM 🧑‍💻

We've experienced decent growth over the past six months and are now seeking an account manager to support our B2B clients.

Our CTO and I reside in Lisbon, and our goal is to establish a hub here, so we are prioritizing candidates from Lisbon. We are seeking Russian-speaking candidates with strong English skills, as communication with clients occurs in both English and Russian (via text and video calls). It would be great if you have previous (even minimal) experience in sales, customer support, design, or marketing.

There are only three of us on the team, so, as is typical for a startup, “everyone is responsible for everything,” and the tasks will be related not only to support, but also to the product, sales, and marketing — for example, SEO is our main source of traffic, and we optimize it in different ways.

Currently, I'm doing almost everything myself, so I'd be happy to have someone around who can gradually take over some of my responsibilities and eventually grow into the role of Product/Marketing Manager or Founding Account Executive.
