Marketing Designer (Part-time)

Summary

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join our distributed design team on a part-time basis.

You’ll create visuals for digital campaigns - social media, ads, landing pages, decks - and sometimes help with UI work on websites and simple product screens.

Your job is to turn ideas and messages into clear, consistent visuals that work across channels and fit the brand.

Remote. Flexible hours. Project-based. We value speed, accuracy, and strong visual taste.

Responsibilities

• Create static and simple animated visuals for social media, ads, newsletters, and presentations
• Design key visuals and concepts for campaigns, product launches, and events
• Prepare and adapt assets for different formats (stories, posts, banners, covers, thumbnails)
• Work on UI for marketing pages and simple product screens in Figma (layouts, sections, states)
• Maintain visual consistency across brands and projects (colors, typography, grids, imagery)
• Collaborate with design lead and marketing/product owners, iterate quickly on feedback

Qualifications

What we expect:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic / marketing / UI design
• Portfolio with real marketing work (campaigns, social, banners, landing pages)
• Confident in Figma; plus any tools you like for motion/basic animation is a bonus
• Ability to work from a brief, ask clarifying questions, and deliver on time
• Comfortable working remote and async, without micromanagement

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with performance creatives (A/B testing, ad variations, thumbnails, etc.)
• Experience working with product teams or agencies on multiple brands at once
• Basic knowledge of web (what can/can’t be easily implemented, how layouts behave)
