Intern, Fixed Assets/Real Estate

KPMG is seeking a motivated Intern in Fixed Assets, Deal Advisory to join our team in Almaty. In this role, you will contribute to Fixed Assets Valuation projects, working closely with experienced professionals on complex business valuation tasks for local and multinational clients. • Conduct financial analysis of historical data for companies and perform industry research to support valuation projects.
• Prepare fixed assets valuation models in Excel to assist in project execution.
• Write, review, and check valuation reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Communicate with management and personnel from client and target companies, including during site visits.
• Assist in the preparation and supervision of marketing and presentation materials for client engagement.
