About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Paid Search Specialist to shape client success through best-in-class Google Ads strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Architecture: Design, launch, and scale impactful ad strategies across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display) to drive client growth.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse GA4 & Google Ads data to identify trends, opportunities, and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Audience Precision: Master advanced keyword strategies, competitor analysis, and targeted audience segmentation.
• Creative Optimization: Collaborate on high-converting ad creatives, utilizing A/B testing for continuous performance improvement.
• Technical & Innovative Leadership: Implement robust conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, APIs) and pioneer new Google Ads feature
• ROI & KPI Achievement: Strategically manage significant ad investments to exceed client expectations for key metrics (CPA, ROAS).
• Client & Team Collaboration: Drive clear client communication and mentor team members.
• Strategic Audits: Conduct in-depth account audits to identify growth opportunities and develop scalable strategies.
• Industry Foresight: Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies into campaign strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years hands-on Google Ads management with large-scale success stories.
• Google Ads Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of all key Google Ads formats, keyword strategy, campaign structure, and ad creation.
• Analytical Proficiency: Expert in GA4, GTM, and transforming complex data into actionable strategic insights
• Strategic Outlook: Ability to develop long-term ad strategies aligned with client objectives in a dynamic market.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution. SQL/Python a plus.
• AI-Enhanced Efficiency: Active use of AI tools to accelerate routine tasks and enhance productivity.
• Clear Communication: Excellent English (B2+), able to articulate complex strategies persuasively.
