Specialist, Crew Control

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling the daily schedule of crew members after roster publication, in accordance with the Operational Manual, Part-A, Section 7 and the Crew Control Manual.

• Creating duty routes for crews after the roster is published.

• Reviewing ferry flights required for aircraft maintenance after the publication of flight schedules (for both flight and cabin crew).

• Coordinating with flight and cabin crew on all operational matters.

• Controlling flight documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Arranging transportation for crews as required.

• Organizing hotel accommodation for crew members during layovers and rest periods.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).

• Total work experience — at least 2 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant professional field or in areas related to the functional duties of the position.

• Knowledge of civil aviation documentation.

• Understanding of crew duty time and rest regulations for civil and experimental aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• English language proficiency at Intermediate level.
