Web Designer with AI Tool Expertise

SaaS Landing Page Project Overview
We are launching Market Access Planner – Med Tech Edition, a specialized SaaS platform designed to streamline market access strategies for medical technology companies. We seek an experienced web designer—with a strong visual sense and fluency in modern AI-assisted design tools—to craft and build a high-impact, lead-generation landing page based on our provided content.

The goal is to create a polished, visually compelling site that captures leads and builds a waiting list while our SaaS backend is in development.

What We’re Looking For
We need a design professional with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, user experience, and conversion-focused design—not a traditional developer. You should be skilled at using no-code/low-code builders with AI features (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Bubble, or tools enhanced with AI co-pilots) to translate content and vision into a beautiful, functional site quickly.

Key Requirements

• Design-led approach: Create a responsive, modern, visually engaging landing page optimized for desktop and mobile.
• AI-assisted workflow: Use AI-enabled design/build tools to accelerate creation and iterations. Custom coding is not required—speed, polish, and ease of editing are priorities.
• Content integration: Incorporate our supplied copy, images, and structure (hero, challenges, features, testimonials, pricing, CTAs) into a cohesive visual narrative.
• Lead capture integration: Connect forms to a mailing service (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.) to collect leads and manage a waiting list.
• Collaborative & iterative process: Work closely with us via daily check-ins (Zoom/Teams) to review wireframes, visual designs, and builds in real time.

Timeline & Collaboration

• Duration: 1–2 weeks total
• Workstyle: We expect close collaboration, with iterative feedback on design and layout.
• Estimated effort: 10–20 hours, structured as:
• Days 1–2: Wireframe + visual concept
• Days 3–4: First build with core sections
• Days 5–6: Integration, testing, refinements
• Day 7: Final handover

Technical Notes

• SEO-friendly setup (meta tags, alt text, fast loading).
• No backend development required - only landing page + mailing integration.
• Final deliverable should be exportable for hosting on our server (static HTML/CSS/JS or builder export).

• Proficient with AI-powered design/no-code tools and able to work efficiently within them.
• Strong communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced, feedback-driven collaboration.
