Team Lead Investor Relations

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in investor relations, business development, or sales in financial products;

• Proven international experience, with success in attracting investments from HNWIs in regions such as the US, MENA, Asia, and BRICS;

• Strong professional network and confirmed track record of client acquisition;

• Proactive attitude, independent working style, and readiness for business travel if necessary;

• High competence in managing large AUM portfolios (20–300 million USD, as relevant);

• Excellent soft skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events (company-sponsored);

• Build and manage relationships with HNWI clients and strategic partners;

• Proactively source new channels and platforms to attract clients;

• Maintain client records and documentation (Hubspot and other platforms as required);

• Collaborate with internal teams—HR, Investor Relations—to refine processes and enhance client satisfaction.
