Project Operations Manager

We want to focus on a broad range of puzzle games and are looking for a Project Operations Manager to join in our in-house studio.

Responsibilities:
– Structure and manage workflows across key projects
 – Lead regular team syncs, monitor progress, and support effective prioritization
 – Reduce operational load on producers to allow full focus on product development
 – Oversee the launch and execution of R&D initiatives, from concept to delivery
 – Ensure cross-functional alignment at both technical and process levels
 – Coordinate collaboration between teams and support the setup of new directions
 – Maintain and improve core delivery practices: rituals, documentation, planning tools
 – Apply a flexible, context-driven approach to project and process management
 – Foster clarity, focus, and consistency across teams - without unnecessary overhead
