🎯 Your Mission

You’ll join as a hands-on builder working directly with founders, product, and design. 

You won’t just write code. You’ll set a new standard for how products get built.
By applying AI tools across the entire development cycle — from requirements and design to coding, testing, and release — you’ll:

You’ll be tasked with designing and shipping a production-ready MVP that goes far beyond a basic “chat with your docs” toy:

• Handle multi-modal inputs (structured data, text queries)
   
• Implement RAG at scale (vector DB + rerankers + hybrid search)
   
• Orchestrate multiple agents (planner, retriever, summarizer, critic)
   
• Build in observability & evals (latency, cost, precision/recall metrics)
   
• Deliver a polished UI layer (Retool/Bubble)

Hard Skills

• 3–6 years in backend or full-stack engineering (Python/Node.js/Nest.js/Go + React preferred)
   
• AI Pair-Programming Tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf, Codeium — daily using, not just experimentation.
   
• Generative AI APIs: OpenAI, Gemini, local LLMs — able to chain prompts and fine-tune outputs.
   
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow Orchestration: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
   
• Vector Databases & Retrieval: Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma.
   
• Testing & Debugging with AI: Using LLMs to generate test cases, catch bugs, and suggest fixes.
   
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Nice to have: Startup experience, side projects, and leading small dev teams
