Senior Consultant / Tax M&A

KPMG is looking for Senior Consultant in M&A group, Tax&Legal Department.

• Preparation and review of tax documentation (payroll taxes, local taxes, WHT, VAT incl. for non-residents, subsoil use taxes, CIT);
• Verification of calculation formulas and completeness of assigned tasks;
• Preparation of tax advisory memorandums and other project related documents;
• Team training on taxation and accounting principles, and documentation procedures;
• Development of the project work plan and its discussion with the Manager;
• Analysis of the client company's tax regime.
