Team Success Manager / Project manager

FJX Tech is a fast-growing technology enablement and consulting company, supporting global clients in building scalable digital products, modern engineering teams, and AI-first practices. With our newly launched Digital Delivery Hub in Málaga, we’re shaping a collaborative environment for product and engineering excellence.

As Team Success Manager, you will be at the heart of this effort — leading agile delivery frameworks, onboarding new talent, and driving continuous team improvement. Acting as both Scrum Master and Agile Coach, you’ll help product teams grow through well-structured rituals, clear performance metrics, and meaningful collaboration with client stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in building a strong team culture, ensuring smooth onboarding, and making sure delivery quality stays high as we scale. This is a high-ownership, people-first role with a direct impact on the success of FJX Tech’s partnerships.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-up, planning, retros, reviews
• Guide teams through forming → norming → performing stages
• Monitor & improve metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown)
• Align with client expectations on OKRs delivery and improvements
• Maintain employee engagement tracking, surveys, and action items
• Provide quarterly client feedback
• Document processes & best practices in Notion
• Guide new hires through onboarding, including structured 30- and 90-day check-ins.
• Mentor new hires / relocates by getting along with Málaga
• Initiate learning cohorts
• Support learning & development with workshop scheduling and tracking
• Contribute to the client’s strategy by reinforcing cultural themes such as “AI-first” mindset, remote collaboration, and employee empowerment.
