Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead and scale our operations in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Jeddah and key clients such as Duty Free. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, driving business growth, and strengthening our presence in the Saudi market.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, commercial acumen, and deep understanding of Arabic and Saudi business culture.

Leadership & Strategic Vision

• Provide strong, hands-on leadership to local teams and stakeholders.
• Define clear, measurable goals aligned with company strategy and values.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support long-term growth and sustainability.

Business Development & Market Expansion

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, especially in Saudi Arabia.
• Leverage experience in advertising, FMCG, trade, and event marketing to enhance brand visibility.
• Support expansion into new and untapped markets where relevant.

Financial Management & Operational Excellence

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure operational efficiency across day-to-day business activities.
• Optimize internal processes, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.

Cultural & Market Expertise

• Navigate cultural nuances within Arabic and Saudi markets.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with local clients, partners, and authorities.
• Represent the company professionally in the local market.
