Act as an analytical partner to the Head of Performance Marketing: support decision-making on channel mix and budgets based on data.
Build and lead a marketing analytics team, establishing efficient internal processes.
Support the User Acquisition team in managing traffic acquisition for all products.
Identify growth opportunities that improve acquisition efficiency and enable scaling.
Conduct in-depth research, uncover trends and insights to support data-driven product decisions.
Collaborate closely with development, product management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals and analytical work.
Develop LTV and ROI forecasting systems.
Rethink and improve marketing performance evaluation methodologies and forecast accuracy.
Participate in developing and validating new approaches to evaluating acquisition effectiveness.
Analyze the market, target audience, and analytics trends in related industries.
Launch initiatives that make marketing more data-driven.
