Project Manager (Design Agency)

Hi! We are Peppermint — a creative IT agency. We make marketing websites, UI/UX design, and graphics for startups (AI, DevTools, FinTech, etc.) around the world, mainly in the USA. Our project load is growing, and we need an experienced Project Manager to join the team.
What You’ll Do
• Lead projects from start to finish (mostly design, sometimes development)
 • Be the main contact for clients (mostly in the USA)
 • Work with designers and developers to plan tasks and timelines
 • Write clear task specs in the task tracker (Kanban)
 • Present design concepts and other results to clients and communicate updates
Who We’re Looking For
Required
• English — you speak and write confidently (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
 • 3+ years of experience managing projects in a design, digital, or marketing agency with international clients (USA/EU)
 • Comfortable working with design & dev teams
 • Experience with tools like Figma, Notion, GitHub, task boards, AI tools
 • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, good communicator
Nice to Have
• If you have an overseas bank account and can accept payments in USD directly. 
• Experience as a designer or developer 
• Experience working with US/EU clients
• Degree in  PM, design or tech
• Charisma, sense of humor and chill personality 

Work Conditions
• Fully remote, global team
 • Start time 11:00–12:00 (UTC+3) - closer to US hours is a plus
 • 32 paid vacation days with no bureaucracy
