Taking part in different stages of Advisory projects on tangible assets (fixed assets) and commercial real estate valuations for various purposes;
Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company (also during site visits);
Carrying out financial analysis of company, conducting industry research and market analysis;
Preparation of various types of tangible assets (fixed assets/real estate) valuation models;
Report writing and checking;
Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals and other project-related documentation.
