Reward Manager

This position will be working in both directions: supporting and administering regular C&B processes as well as participating in different types of Reward projects. This is great opportunity to gather comprehensive experience on global compensation and benefits practices. Among potential tasks are participation in salary market analysis, non-sales incentive programs administering, supporting employee recognition program.

Main responsibilities:

• Work with global salary and benefits market data including data submission and further data analysis;
• Administrate quarterly non-sales incentive programs;
• Participate in non-sales incentive programs design review;
• Support employee recognition program;
• Take part in global Reward projects as well as in cross-disciplinary projects within HR;
• Effectively partner with other HR colleagues to consult on compensation and benefits-related issues in area of responsibility;
• Provide analysis for Reward development projects and upon the requests from HR/ Business.

Requirements:

• Must be hands-on with high level of energy to function effectively in a demanding, fast-paced change-oriented environment;
• Good understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits system;
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once;
• 1-2 years of experience working in compensation;
• Intellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with data;
• English – Intermediate.
