Responsibilities:

Site engineering design instruction output for the project;
Develop design (TX,KM,RRS) and working documentation (Material List, Dismantle List) for sites such as Base Station, Switching Room, MicroWave hop;
Design materials list output & check;
Site engineering installation guide & support.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree Technical education (telecommunication preferable);
AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point, Word well knowledge;
Experience in telecommunication design at least 1 year;
Experience in developing design (TX,KM,RRS) and as-built documentation (Material List, Dismantle List) for sites such as Base Station, Switching Room, MicroWave hop;
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the design and construction of communication networks;
Ability to work with large volumes of information;
Good Russian and English language skills, (Uzbek is preferred);
Possess stress resistance and negotiation skills;
Willingness to Business trips.
