SOC Liaison Coordinator

Coordinates communication between SOC and other departments as well as external partners.​

Key Responsibilities:​

• Organizing and maintaining communications between SOC, IT, business units, and external providers.​

• Processing and routing requests, monitoring execution.​

• Supporting SLA and OLA compliance.​

• Participating in incident resolution with cross-functional teams.​

Requirements:​

• At least 2 years of experience coordinating processes in information security or IT.​

• Skills in managing multiple stakeholders.​
