Medical Consultant/Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Consultant to join our team in Almaty. This is a full-time position with one flexible remote day per week (working day starts at 8:00). You will work closely with our international partners (clinics, hospitals, doctors) and coordinate medical cases ranging from oncology to preventive check-ups.

This position includes onboarding, process training, and regular team support.

Medical background is a plus but not mandatory — what matters most is your ability to manage tasks confidently, communicate clearly, and use digital tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient cases from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up

• Communicate with partner hospitals and physicians in Korea and Turkey

• Assist with documentation, appointments, treatment plans, and travel logistics

• Use Slack, Google Drive, and internal tools to manage workflow and team updates

• Maintain warm communication with clients and their families

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth patient experiences

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy (Google Workspace, Slack, email, CRM basics)

• Organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Fluent in Russian, proficiency in English (Kazakh/Korean/Turkish is a plus)

• Background in healthcare or experience with medical clients — a plus, not required

• Based in Almaty, with the ability to work on-site (1 day remote is included)
