Responsibilities:
- drive revenue growth, attract new partners, lead and develop sales team (setting tasks, monitoring execution quality and timeframe, improving team members’ efficiency , service quality)
- develop and execute sales strategies, hit budget KPIs, manage revenue and oversee sales , MICE , analyze market and compset, as well as target audience, manage key accounts.

Experience at international hotel is a must
