About the role:

We are looking for a Game Designer with 5+ years of experience to further develop Color Slide (iOS/Android), even though it is already commercially successful and has the potential to be a hit.

• Formulating hypotheses to improve the game and helping to implement them.
• Supporting studios in developing long-term plans and team development.
• Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.
• Working with Live Ops and project monetization.
• Supporting the feature development process.
• Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming data-driven hypotheses to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.
• Testing and evaluating game quality at various stages of development through build reviews.
• Monitoring new products and potentially interesting features in other games.
