Business Development Manager

🚀 We are hiring: BD Manager (Russia / CIS) – Remote

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to join a leading global social entertainment company.

If you have experience working with streamers, creator platforms, agencies, or live streaming products, this role could be a great next step for you.
 

💰 Salary: up to 220,000 RUB

🌍 Remote / Work from anywhere

What you will do:

• Search for and attract new agencies and streamers in RU/CIS

• Build strong long-term relationships with partners

• Help partners grow their activity and revenue on the platform

• Support new partners with onboarding and training

• Monitor performance and help achieve KPI targets

• Collect feedback for the product team

• Participate in campaigns and bonus programs

• Monitor competitors and market trends

What we are looking for:

✔ 1+ year experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management

✔ Experience in live streaming / creator economy / online entertainment

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Analytical and proactive mindset

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

✔ Interest in the entertainment industry

💡 Conversational English or Chinese is a plus
