Compensation & Benefits Analyst (Atyrau)

Key Responsibilities :

• Support administration of compensation and benefits programs
• Prepare analytical and statistical data on compensation
• Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking
• Monitor economic indicators (inflation, exchange rate, labor market data)
• Assist in payroll budget planning and bonus calculations
• Prepare reports and presentations for management
• Participate in HR projects and performance management programs

Job Requirements :

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, HR, Business or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (or 5–6 years in related fields)
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English (Level 4)
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
• Analytical and data processing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
