Technical Interviewer (BA/SA)

The Brightman recruitment аgency is looking for a Technical Interviewer (BA/SA) for its large client.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting technical interviews with Middle and Senior Business Analyst and System Analyst candidates.
• Evaluating candidates strictly according to the established interview matrix.
• Completing feedback forms after each interview.
• Adhering to feedback procedures and timelines.
• Communicating with hiring stakeholders in a dedicated chat.
• Responding promptly to interview requests.

Requirements:

• Experience as a BA/SA for 4 years.
• Strong competencies in business analysis and system analysis: requirements management, documentation, prototyping, stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with analysis and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Draw.io, BPMN, UML).
• Experience conducting technical interviews.
• Willingness to work with flexible and irregular scheduling.
• Responsibility, ability to accurately complete assessment matrices, and meet feedback deadlines.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
