We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Kyrgyzstan

Main Responsibilities:

• The employee ensures the consistent application of Coca‑Cola quality standards, local legislation, and food safety requirements across all stages of production—from receiving raw and packaging materials to shipping finished goods. This includes full knowledge of technological processes, production modes, product specifications, and approved quality control methods.
• The employee monitors compliance with Coca‑Cola global standards, GMP principles, hygiene rules, and state supervisory requirements. Responsibilities include controlling production processes, ensuring the quality and quantity of final products, managing procedures for rejection and destruction of non‑conforming materials, and stopping production when product quality is at risk.
• The employee conducts and oversees technical investigations related to supplier or consumer complaints, maintains communication with suppliers regarding quality issues, and participates in consumer complaint analyses. All required documentation must be completed accurately and submitted according to company procedures.
• The employee ensures timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions, identifies inconsistencies, and supports continuous improvement of the quality system. This includes developing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality programs, as well as communicating Coca‑Cola standards and key performance indicators to all plant employees.
• As a member of the HACCP team, the employee provides relevant information and ensures adherence to HACCP principles. They also participate in OE (Operational Excellence) projects aimed at cost savings and material efficiency. Additional duties include involvement in cross‑departmental cooperation, participation in corporate activities, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
• The employee maintains discipline, supports personnel training and development, and ensures proper evaluation and coaching within the QA and operations teams. The employee must consistently demonstrate a neat appearance, follow dress‑code requirements, care for company property, and ensure compliance with safety, labor protection, fire safety, and sanitary regulations.
• The employee must follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors, report on work progress, notify management about threats to safety, violations of procedures, operational issues, or inability to meet deadlines. Responsibility includes proper handover of documents and materials upon termination and adherence to internal corporate rules, ethics policies, confidentiality requirements, and legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
• The employee uses company resources responsibly, avoids actions that could harm or discredit the company, and performs all duties in good faith, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high‑quality performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Higher Chemical / Biological / Technological / Food Engineering
• Work experience: not less than 2 years

Knowledge and skills:

• Bases of qualitative and quantitative chemical and microbiological analysis. Ability to make decisions
• Languages: English: reading, translating, correspondence-mandatory; speaking-advantage
• Computer skills: A confident PC user
