Marketing Operations Manager Dubai

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across the MENA region.
This role combines local marketing execution in the UAE with regional support for partners across MENA markets.
You will be responsible for initiating campaigns, supporting franchise partners, ensuring brand consistency, and driving revenue growth across the region.

Your responsibilities: UAE Local Marketing

• Initiate and execute marketing campaigns for UAE pizzerias
• Manage production of printed materials and in-store marketing assets
• Coordinate digital campaigns and in-store screen placements
• Control marketing budgets and track spending efficiency
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for revenue growth
• Build local partnerships and collaborations

Regional (MENA) Marketing Support

• Initiate and coordinate regional marketing campaigns
• Support franchise partners in launching and executing campaigns
• Onboard new partners and provide marketing guidelines
• Monitor marketing performance across markets
• Develop regional playbooks and share best practices
• Ensure brand consistency across countries

Market Expansion

• Participate in launching new markets across MENA
• Support marketing setup during market entry
• Adapt campaigns to local cultural and consumer specifics

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with designers and creative teams
• Coordinate with SMM and aggregator teams
• Align with operations and franchise partners
• Participate in marketing strategy discussions

• 3-6+ years of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC markets
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI
• Proactive, hands-on mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required. Professional working proficiency in English is essential.
• Confident use of AI tools to improve productivity and marketing effectiveness
