After Hours specialist (Fleet and Dispatcher support) (Американская Траковая Компания)

Frontline is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of After Hours Support!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and emails from drivers and clients regarding logistics, route changes, and operational issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cargo, equipment, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with on-call dispatchers and management to facilitate timely solutions.
• Monitor and update tracking systems to provide real-time information to drivers and customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during after-hours operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with drivers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a US trucking company.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in both Russian and English.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
