Providing IT consulting services to clients in the areas of Data Governance, IT Operating Models Design, IT process improvement, Agile & Frameworks implementation, Digital Transformation, Technology strategy& selection, IT architecture, business analysis;
Developing key IT consulting deliverables including process flows, key performance indicators benchmarks, organization structures, digital transformation initiatives, AS-IS and TO-BE IT architecture (components, integrations), functional requirements to components;
Carrying out researches, develop data collection forms, gather information in accordance with assignments, prepare analytical conclusions on the research results.
Synthesize own analysis, draw relevant conclusions, assist in preparing deliverables for clients.
