Chief Legal Officer

Key Responsibilities of the Role💎:
- Optimization and maintenance of the group’s international corporate structure (launching new verticals and products, entering new markets, minimizing risks within the current structure);
- Oversight and enhancement of the company’s legal operations (contract work with clients and partners, support for ongoing client relationships and streamlining internal document workflows);
- Management of litigation and arbitration;
- Legal consulting for cross-functional teams (product, HR, finance, marketing);
- Establishing working relationships with key industry regulators, and providing legal support for product certification and licensing across markets;
- Legal support for administrative and facilities management functions.
